Direct your dollars to a social issue, community, or project that you are passionate about! Help support Project People Foundation (PPF) grantees in the following areas:
- Educational support for AIDS orphans and child-heads of household
- General educational enrichment (computer skills, tutoring, life skills)
- College prep and career guidance
- Job training and placement
- Business entrepreneurship training and support
How You Can Help
Fund a full ($5,000) or partial grant ($500+). Individuals, families, companies, religious institutions and other associations can all adopt a project!
What You Get
- Develop a relationship to an organization that gives women and youth tools to rise out of poverty.
- Visit your adopted project during PPF Site Visit trips to South Africa or – on your own.

3. Buy a School Uniform For a Child In Need
PPF’s Uniforms 101 Project provides new school uniforms to students living in the townships and rural areas of Johannesburg and trainsunemployed women in design, sewing, and business skills to produce school uniforms.
Students receive a complete school uniform (trousers, jumpers, blouses, shirts, socks and shoes). Depending on uniform requirements, some students also receive a raincoat and winter tracksuit.
The average price of complete school uniforms range from $30 to $67.
