Concert Comments

The PPF Concert was an immensely moving experience in addition to being entertaining and thoroughly enjoyable.  The singers and the Morehouse Glee Club were first class, but more than that, the speakers brought home the importance of the support the PPF is providing to women and children in South Africa.  I am sure many people in the audience were moved to make a contribution or increase what they had already contributed. I know that I was!

The Project People Foundation Celebrating Life Concert proved to be the success that we all knew that it would be. From the onset it was visible that it was going to be hard work making a mark in a new city, Atlanta. The idea of  TEAM work (Together Everyone Achieves More) Project People Foundation not only made a mark in Atlanta, it proved  that the collaboration of the New York and Atlanta teams helped to bring the vision of Project People Foundation to the people of Atlanta. Viewing the success of the Celebrating Life Concert Series the City of Atlanta responded and welcomed Project People Foundation with open arms.
We look forward to the continued mission and success of Reverend Linda Tarry Chard and the Project People Foundation.

Together in Success,

Although I was faced with some health challenges, and almost canceled going to Atlanta, I am so glad that I was there.  The inspiration of the beautiful singing of Diana Solomon-Glover and the other soloists, the unique and wonderful Morehouse Glee Club and the remarks from the various presenters was outstanding especially Manini Joyce Mkhabela.   It was also wonderful to see representatives from the various faith communities coming together to accomplish PPF’s goals (or motto or whatever you call them) of Celebrating Life, Bridging Communities and Building Hope.

At the reception one of the leaders from the Atlanta Jewish community told me - This type of event, bringing together representatives from the various communities within Atlanta doesn't happen that often.  I am so pleased that PPF has spearheaded this effort to bring us together for a most worthy cause.

Take care,

I am so sorry for the lateness I have been having computer troubles this past week. But the concert was an amazing and eye-opening experience for me. Hearing all of the amazing contributions and efforts of PPF and the people involved gave me so much hope and appreciation for what I am doing. I am so thankful to be apart of an organization such as this because I believe PPF is making great adavancements towards the goals of helping the people of South Africa. –
